    As President, you need to be very engaged in the CES society. You will make sure the board has regular meetings and that the work progresses. You are also responsible for internal contacts within Chalmers and will attend external meetings and communicate information to the rest of the board.

    As Vice President you will maintain the relationship to the members as well as work closely with the President. You will be the go-to person for people interested in the society and be the face outwards of the community. You will anser questions from members and also be responsible to how the members want to shape the community.

    As a Cashier, you are responsible for the society’s money and will make sure that the accounting is managed correctly. You will suggest a budget for the year and work closely together with the Sponsor hunter in order to make sure that the society gets funding for the different events.

    As one of the PR-managers your main responsibility will be to deliver creative content in the community’s media channels. This can include creating digital graphics, content writing and managing the content on the website. In this role you’ll have a lot of creative freedom while working towards strengthening the public image of CES!

    As the Event coordinator, you will develop skills in preparing and conduction CES’ various events! The work involves creativity such as for creating exciting entrepreneurial cases from scratch, as well as more organizational thinking in the shape of, for example, tanking care of event logistics to assure that everything will run smoothly.

    As Sponsor hunter, you are responsible for contacting nd looking for interesting sponsors. You will work closely with the Cashier to make sure the society has funding for the events. You will also be responsible for maintaining good relationships with funders and other stakeholders in the society.

    As IT manager, you are responsible for maintaining all digital platforms for CES. These include, the website, email Ids and other technical challenges in the society.
